Then God remembered Rachel; He listened to her and opened her womb.

Rachel was Jacob’s dream wife. They were very much in love. Like most married couples, they desired to have a child. God listened to Rachel’s dream for a child, and He answered her prayer by giving them a son. Their dream became a reality named Joseph, in God’s perfect timing.
The mind and heart of God has been sought in every transition and expansion Northview has ever made. God has always preceded our thoughts and dreams. He has gone ahead of us this time as well. All He asked is that we pray and wait for Him before we go ahead.
God understands our hopes and aspirations and wants to fulfill the desires of our heart. A God-given dream won’t go away. God has set the timing to make our dreams a reality and always has our best interest at heart. We must wait on Him. Habakkuk 2:3 says, “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false: Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”
Prayer Focus: Take time to thank God for giving Northview the ability to expand and reach more people in our community. Pray that Northview’s vision will become a reality in God’s perfect timing. Ask God to reveal or clarify your personal dream that is His will for your life and direct you in acting on it.
